Look Good Feel Better is a national cancer support program. We offer free in-person and online workshops, and Confidence Kits to help men, women and teens with any type of cancer manage the most common physical and psychological impacts of treatment. We provide practical tips and tools, connecting a community of people living a shared experience, and empowering them to regain control, a sense of self, and confidence.  

Our workshops cover skincare, cosmetics, headwear options, grooming, fitness, mobility, and mental wellbeing. Our Confidence Kits contain a range of skincare and cosmetic products, and practical written and video guides.  

Each confidence-building workshop costs approximately $1,000 to run. Each Home-Delivered Confidence Kit, including access to our Virtual Workshops costs $100 per participant.
